Welcome to the hiking route to Croce del Cavallo! This 11.459-kilometer out-and-back trail is located in a beautiful area with stunning views and challenging terrain. With an elevation gain of 1227 meters, this route is classified as extremely difficult, so be prepared for a strenuous hike.

As you begin your journey, you'll come across a convenient parking area to leave your vehicle. Just a mere 0.01 kilometers into the trail, you'll encounter a refreshing fountain where you can replenish your water supply. Further along at 0.32 kilometers, you'll find another drinking water station to keep you hydrated.

Around 3.57 kilometers into the hike, you'll spot a historic wayside shrine, adding cultural significance to your adventure. At the 5.73-kilometer mark, you'll reach the iconic Croce del Cavallo peak, offering panoramic views as a rewarding endpoint for your hike.

Throughout the trail, there are additional waypoints such as more drinking water stations, another wayside shrine, and a natural spring to enhance your hiking experience.
