This hiking route takes you through a picturesque area with stunning views and various points of interest along the way. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 4.864 kilometers and an elevation gain of 213 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your journey, you'll come across a parking area at the trailhead, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the hike. The first point of interest along the trail is the Courba Dzeleuna, a fast-food spot located 1.15 kilometers from the start, where you can grab a quick bite to eat if needed.
Continuing on, at around 1.99 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach the Tête Neyron peak, offering a great vantage point to take in the surrounding natural beauty. Further ahead, at approximately 2.41 kilometers from the beginning, you'll find the ColChécrouit saddle, a natural feature that adds to the scenic charm of the route.
One of the highlights of the hike is the Rifugio - Restaurante Maison Vieille, situated 2.43 kilometers from the start. This alpine hut offers a cozy retreat where you can rest and refuel while enjoying a meal with a view.
For those interested in rock climbing, there are two climbing spots, Falesia Chetif, located at distances of 0.95 and 1.01 kilometers from the start respectively. However, please note that these spots are slightly off the main trail.
As you make your way back towards the starting point, you'll pass by a viewpoint 1.92 kilometers from the beginning, providing another opportunity to take in the breathtaking scenery.
