As you start your journey, you will come across the CSM Lawrence T. Hickey Dining Facility, located just 0.16 kilometers from the trailhead. This is a great spot to grab a meal or a quick bite before you embark on your adventure.

As you continue on the trail, you will encounter several water sources along the way, perfect for refilling your water bottle and staying hydrated throughout your hike. These water points are strategically placed at different intervals, with the closest one being 18 meters from the trail and the farthest one at 126 meters away.

Additionally, there is a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail, allowing easy access for visitors arriving by car.
