Welcome to the Via Claudia Augusta hiking route! This easy 2.593-kilometer out-and-back trail offers a leisurely stroll through a beautiful natural setting with no elevation gain.

Starting at the Vinschger Hof parking area, you'll pass by a water source just 1.3 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is a great spot to fill up your water bottle before continuing on. As you make your way, you'll come across a shelter about 0.02 kilometers from the start, providing a nice rest stop to take in the surroundings.

For those driving to the trailhead, there are multiple parking options along the route, including one at the Vinschger Hof and another at around the 0.02-kilometer mark.

Remember to bring plenty of water, as there are limited facilities along the route. Additionally, it's always a good idea to check the weather forecast before embarking on your hike.
