This extremely difficult hiking route takes you on a 14.796-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 1378 meters to the stunning Seebodenspitz - Cima Pian del Lago in a beautiful natural area.
As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area just at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to park your vehicle here before heading out. Approximately 0.06 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a drinking water station to refill your water bottles. It's always important to stay hydrated during such challenging hikes.
As you continue on, at around 4.22 kilometers from the start, you'll reach a water feature, a natural sight to appreciate along the way. About 4.32 kilometers into the hike, a historic wayside cross will mark your path as you push forward. At 4.37 kilometers, you will pass by the Haideralm - Malga San Valentino alpine hut, offering a great spot to rest and take in the surroundings.
Around midway through the hike, at 7.4 kilometers, make sure to soak in the views from the viewpoint at Seebodenspitz - Cima Pian del Lago. This will also be a great spot to take a breather and capture some memorable photos.
On the way back, at 1.48 kilometers from the starting point, you'll find a bench and another viewpoint to relax and enjoy the scenery. Additionally, at 4.4 kilometers from the start, a shelter will provide a nice break spot if needed.
