The hike begins at Parkplatz Salamander Sessellift, where you can park your car before embarking on this adventure. As you make your way through the trail, you'll come across various points of interest.
Approximately 1.49 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Edelweißhütte, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. Further along the trail, at 4.49 kilometers from the start, you'll find Fischerhütte, another alpine hut offering a cozy retreat.
At 5.26 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter Klosterwappen, a peak with stunning views that make the challenging hike worth it. Nearby, at 5.2 kilometers from the start, you can explore Klosterwappenhöhle, a cave entrance adding a sense of adventure to your journey.
Along the way, you'll also pass by Quelle Edelweißhütte, a drinking water source perfect for refilling your water bottle. Additionally, there are benches (8910179789, 8910179790) scattered along the trail for you to rest and take in the beautiful surroundings.
As you continue your trek, you'll reach Donnerkogel, a peak located 4.73 kilometers from the start, offering more breathtaking views. Towards the end of the hike, at 4.68 kilometers from the start, you'll discover Durchgangshöhle, a cave entrance adding a touch of exploration to your journey.
