Starting off at the trailhead, you'll find convenient parking just a stone's throw away. As you begin your journey, take a moment to enjoy a picnic at the scenic picnic site located just 0.01 kilometers from the start. Nearby, you'll also come across the Raxbankerl information point.

Around 0.56 kilometers into the hike, you'll encounter a historic wayside shrine before reaching Gasthof Seelhofer, a quaint restaurant perfect for refueling. As you continue onwards, keep an eye out for benches where you can take a break and soak in the surroundings.

At the 1.33-kilometer mark, you'll reach an information point providing insights into the area. Further along the trail, approximately 3.21 kilometers in, you'll have the opportunity to explore the Rote-Wand-Höhle cave entrance and the Rote Wand peak. Don't miss the Rote-Wand-Halbhöhle cave entrance and other information points along the way.

As you approach the midway point, at around 3.25 kilometers, you'll find a viewpoint offering breathtaking vistas. Take a moment to rest at the bench nearby and appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. Closer to the endpoint, you'll encounter more information points and benches for your convenience.
