This extremely difficult hiking route will take you on a 12.509-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 930 meters to reach the beautiful peak of Cima Ogniquota. The route is an out-and-back trail, starting at the parking area at the trailhead.

As you begin your hike, you will pass by a picnic site 0.03 kilometers from the start, where you can take a break and enjoy some food before continuing on. About midway through the hike, at 4.71 kilometers from the start, you will come across the peak of Monte Porrara, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.

As you near the end of the trail, you will reach a wayside cross at 4.71 kilometers, adding a touch of historic charm to your hike. Finally, at 6.25 kilometers from the start, you will reach the impressive peak of Cima Ogniquota, where you can bask in the beauty of your surroundings.

Along the trail, you will also find a drinking water source at the beginning and various points of interest to keep you engaged throughout the hike. Remember to bring plenty of water, snacks, and to check the weather forecast before setting out on this challenging adventure.
