This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area of Bric Recroso. The trail is 4.899 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 445 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It is expected to take around 2 hours and 14 minutes to complete.

Starting off, you will find a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. As you venture further, at 0.14 kilometers from the start, you will come across Trattoria Crista, a restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat. Continuing on, at 0.19 kilometers, there is a drinking water station for you to refill your water bottle.

Further along the trail at 0.31 kilometers, you will find Osteria dei Cacciatori, another restaurant to refuel at. At 0.61 kilometers, there is a drinking water station slightly off the trail.

As you make your way up, you will reach the peak of Monte Riega at 1.94 kilometers into the hike. Nearby, at 1.87 kilometers, you will spot the historic boundary stone pietra miliare CLP.

At 1.2 kilometers, you will come across the cave entrance, Morandina, adding a touch of adventure to your journey. Continuing on, at 2.45 kilometers, you will reach the peak of Bric Recroso, the final destination of this out-and-back route.
