Welcome to the Tour del Monte Rosa hiking route, an easy yet scenic trail that spans a distance of 1.85 kilometers with an elevation gain of 220 meters.

Starting at the trailhead, hikers will pass by various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Campeggio Alagna campsite, perfect for those looking to stay overnight in the area. As you continue along the path, you'll come across parking areas for those arriving by car, as well as a drinking water station for hikers to stay hydrated.

Midway through the hike, at around 0.5 kilometers from the start, be sure to stop by Lo Specchio viewpoint for a breathtaking panoramic view of the surroundings. Additionally, there is a spring named Sorgente dello Specchio nearby, offering fresh water for refilling your water bottles.

As you approach the 0.93 kilometers mark, you will encounter the beautiful Caldaia del torrente Otro waterfall, followed by another waterfall, Cascata d'Otro, at around 0.66 kilometers from the start. These natural wonders provide a serene setting for a rest stop or photo opportunity.

Throughout the hike, be mindful of the varying terrain and elevation changes, which contribute to the overall moderate difficulty of the trail. It is recommended to wear sturdy hiking shoes, bring plenty of water, and check the weather forecast before embarking on the journey.
