This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding An Gearanach. The trail is 9.362 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 805 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take about 4 hours and 10 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you'll come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. From there, you'll continue on to discover stunning natural landmarks such as An Gearanach peak, located around 4.68 kilometers from the start. Be sure to take in the breathtaking views along the way.
Around 1.45 kilometers into the hike, you'll encounter a water feature, adding to the scenic beauty of the trail. Approximately 2 kilometers from the start, you'll find Steall Falls, a magnificent waterfall worth a stop for some photos.
At 1.49 kilometers into the hike, there is a viewpoint where you can take a break and admire the surroundings. Further along, at 1.7 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Glen Nevis Cable Bridge, another great spot to take in the views.
As you make your way back, about 0.71 kilometers from the start, there is another viewpoint where you can rest and appreciate the landscape one last time before concluding your hike.
