The trail starts at the designated parking area at Strmý vŕštek, where you can find informative signs about the surrounding area. As you begin your journey, you will pass by the beautiful Hlboké monument, located approximately 1.61 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, at a distance of 2.39 kilometers, you will encounter the picturesque peak of Strmý vŕštek, offering stunning panoramic views of the natural landscape.

Midway through the hike, at around 5.44 kilometers, you will reach the Pod Obrštínom information point and the refreshing spring of Lesy SR-zákaz. Make sure to replenish your water supply here before continuing on the challenging terrain. Additionally, at 5.74 kilometers, you will find the Črmné information spot, providing insights into the local area's history and significance.

Towards the end of the trail, approximately 6.62 kilometers from the starting point, you will come across a water source at a category 340 point, offering a chance to rest and refuel before making your way back. Remember to stay hydrated and carry enough water for the entire journey, as the rugged terrain and steep inclines can be physically demanding.
