This hike takes you to the Botanical Garden of the University on Missionsstrasse in Basel. The route is a super easy out-and-back trail with a total distance of 0.771 kilometers and no elevation gain.

As you begin your hike, you will pass by several points of interest. At the start, you will come across Fischmarktbrunnen, a beautiful water feature situated right by the trail. Continuing on, you will reach Petersplatz, a popular attraction just 0.25 kilometers from the start.

Further along the trail, you will encounter various water features such as Spalenbrunnen and several other drinking water fountains for your convenience. Be sure to stay hydrated throughout your hike.

Additionally, there are multiple benches and shelters along the trail where you can rest and take in the surroundings. At the end of the hike, near the Botanical Garden, you will find bike parking areas for your convenience.
