This extremely difficult hiking route takes you through the stunning alpine region near Sentiero Colle Chavanne Colle Bassa Serra. With a total distance of 49.274 kilometers and an elevation gain of 2446 meters, this trail offers a challenging yet rewarding experience for avid hikers.
Along the route, you will encounter various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Rifugio Elisabetta Soldini Montanaro, an alpine hut where you can rest and enjoy the scenic views. As you continue, you will come across several water bodies, including Lac du Mont Percé and other natural water sources which can be found at different points along the trail.
Midway through the hike, you will reach the Col des Chavannes, a natural saddle that offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a great spot to take a break and appreciate the beauty of the area.
Throughout the hike, you will also come across information points and viewpoints such as the Ometto viewpoint, where you can learn more about the region and enjoy breathtaking vistas.
