Welcome to the Laghi du Glacier d'Arguerey hiking route! This 11.6-kilometer out-and-back trail offers stunning views of the surrounding area and is rated as difficult due to its length and 532 meters of elevation gain.
As you start your journey, you will come across Lago Di Verney Superiore at the beginning of the trail, located 1.42 kilometers from the starting point. This picturesque lake provides a serene setting for a quick rest before continuing on your adventure.
Further along the trail, approximately 4.7 kilometers from the start, you will reach Lago Tormottaz, a beautiful water feature that is slightly off the main path. It's a great spot to take in the natural beauty and enjoy a peaceful moment surrounded by nature.
As you proceed, you will encounter various other water features like Lago della Punta Rousse, located 4.14 kilometers from the start, and several smaller lakes along the way. These provide refreshing views and opportunities to rest and refuel during your hike.
Midway through your journey, around the 5.81-kilometer mark, you will find another cluster of smaller water bodies, including Lago Tormottaz. This area offers a peaceful ambiance and a chance to connect with the tranquil surroundings.
At the end of the trail, around 3.42 kilometers from the start, you will reach Punta Rousse, a peak that offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. It's a rewarding spot to rest and take in the breathtaking scenery before heading back.
