This extremely difficult hiking route will take you on a 12.838-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 563 meters to Fonte della Moscosa. The trail starts at a parking area where you can leave your vehicle and begin your adventure.

Along the way, you will come across several points of interest. About 6.42 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Fonte della Moscosa, a natural water source where you can refill your water bottles and take a break at the picnic area nearby. Just a short distance away from the spring, there is a public BBQ grill for you to enjoy a meal in nature.

Additionally, at the beginning of the trail, there is another drinking water source called Fontanile, only 0.21 kilometers away. However, Fontanile Casale, another spring, is located 0.82 kilometers away from the trail, so make sure to fill up your water bottles at the Fontanile at the start of your hike.

This out-and-back route will challenge you with its length and elevation gain, so make sure to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and sturdy hiking shoes. Checking the weather forecast before heading out is also recommended.
