Welcome to the Breite Weg hiking route!

Breite Weg is a beautiful area known for its natural scenery and tranquil surroundings. This out-and-back route covers a total distance of 2.71 kilometers with an elevation gain of 41 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across a convenient parking area located right at the beginning of the trail. Ensure to park your vehicle here before embarking on the hike. Along the way, you will find a peaceful bench where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the surroundings. This bench is situated midway through the route, providing a perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of Breite Weg.

Additionally, there is a natural water source close to the trail, approximately 1.36 kilometers from the start. Be sure to replenish your water supply at this point, especially on warmer days.

Before starting your hike, remember to pack plenty of water, wear comfortable hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast. It's always a good idea to be prepared for changing weather conditions while out on the trail.
