Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey towards Añelarra peak. Along the way, you will pass by the historic boundary stone Borne 271, located at 5.89 kilometers from the start. This marks an important point in the area's history.
As you continue, you will come across the beautiful Lago del Contienda, located at 1.13 kilometers from the start. This serene lake is a perfect spot to take a rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Further along the trail, you will encounter more points of interest such as La Contienda Azul and La Contienda Negra - Azul - Verde, providing you with information about the area's natural and cultural significance.
The trail also leads you to the peaks of Añelarra and Añelarra Occidental, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
At the end of the route, you will reach the cave entrance C50, located 1.22 kilometers from the start. This unique feature adds an adventurous touch to the hike.
