Approximately 1.09 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the tranquil waters of Lago del Contienda, where you can take a moment to enjoy the natural beauty of the lake. Further along the trail, at around 1.14 kilometers, you'll find another spot named Lago del Contienda, offering a different perspective of the area.

Throughout the hike, you'll also pass by various information points such as La Contienda Azul, La Contienda Negra-Azul-Verde, and La Contienda Negra-Azul, providing valuable insights into the history and nature of the surroundings. These information points are spread out along the trail, offering interesting facts at different stages of your hike.

As you make your way back towards the starting point, consider visiting Roncalia - La Contienda, located just 0.03 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Additionally, a cave entrance named C50 sits at a distance of 1.09 kilometers from the start, although it is not directly on the trail.
