This extremely difficult 14.283-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you through a stunning natural area with an elevation gain of 1350 meters. The hike is expected to take approximately 6 hours and 40 minutes to complete, so make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks.

Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across an information point, which provides an overview of the area. As you continue along the trail, you will pass by the picturesque Lago di Scais, located 2.95 kilometers from the start. This peaceful lake offers a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Further along the route, at approximately 3.22 kilometers from the start, you will reach Capanna Messa, a shelter where you can rest and refuel before continuing on. The trail then leads you to the stunning Laghetti del Biorco o degli Uomini, located 7.14 kilometers from the start. These beautiful lakes offer a perfect place to relax and take in the scenery.

For those looking for a challenge, you can venture off-trail to reach the peaks of Pizzo Biorco and the unnamed peak located nearby. These peaks offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, but be prepared for a tough climb.

As you make your way back along the trail, you can stop at the picnic site located 0.06 kilometers from the start to enjoy a meal in the great outdoors.
