This hiking route will take you on a challenging and scenic journey through the beautiful area surrounding Rifugio Antonio Curò. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 7.907 kilometers and an elevation gain of 885 meters, making it a difficult hike that will test your endurance and stamina.
At the beginning of the hike, you will find a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before starting your adventure. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across various points of interest. About 3.94 kilometers from the start, you will reach Rifugio Antonio Curò, an alpine hut where you can take a break, refuel, and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
Along the route, you will also find Rifugio Consoli UEB, although it is permanently closed. Additionally, there are two water sources located about 3.9 kilometers from the start to replenish your supplies. A picnic site and a wayside shrine can be found along the trail, providing opportunities to rest and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area.
For nature enthusiasts, there are several viewpoints scattered throughout the hike, offering breathtaking panoramas of the surroundings. You can also visit Nido di Pietra, an artwork located approximately 3.94 kilometers from the start, adding a cultural element to your outdoor experience.
