This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Turó de Matalonga. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 5.115 kilometers and an elevation gain of 253 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area, which is located very close to the beginning of the trail. Along the way, you will also pass by informative spots such as the GR 173-1 SL-C 65 markers, providing you with interesting details about the area.

Approximately 2.33 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Coll Llarg, a saddle offering stunning views of the surroundings. Further along the trail, at the same location as Coll Llarg, you will find the Turó de Matalonga peak where you can enjoy panoramic views of the landscape.

For those interested in nature's formations, you will come across cave entrances such as Avenc de la Carbonera and Avenc de la Pala. These natural wonders are located 2.11 and 1.26 kilometers from the starting point, respectively.
