As you begin your journey, the first point of interest you will encounter is the Coll de Garganta saddle, located at 0.69 kilometers from the start. Continuing along the trail, you will come across the Avenc de la Fontfreda cave entrance at 0.87 kilometers. This cave serves as a unique natural landmark worth exploring. Further ahead, at 0.89 kilometers, you will find the GR 5 3M;Coll de Fontfreda information site, providing valuable insights into the area's history and geography.
As you progress, be sure to make a stop at the el Castellar peak at 0.95 kilometers, offering a panoramic vista of the terrain below. Additionally, the Miranda del Castellar viewpoint at 1.06 kilometers provides a perfect vantage point to admire the stunning surroundings.
Along the way, you will also encounter the Foradada del Balcó cave entrance and the Font de l'Hort spring, adding to the natural charm of the trail. Finally, as you make your way back, do not miss the Agulla del coll de Garganta peak at 0.61 kilometers, offering a rewarding conclusion to your hike.
