Welcome to the Avis MTB 001 hiking route near Windhoek! This super easy trail covers a distance of approximately 1.946 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

Starting at the parking area located right at the trailhead, you'll set off on a leisurely walk through the scenic surroundings. As you make your way along the path, you'll come across Eagle's Beer Garden, a cozy pub situated about 0.57 kilometers from the start. It's a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy a refreshing drink before continuing your journey.

Further along the trail, at around 0.83 kilometers from the start, you'll find a water source where you can refill your water bottle and stay hydrated throughout the hike. Additionally, there is another water source located at approximately 0.57 kilometers from the beginning of the trail.

As you approach the turnaround point, located at about 0.97 kilometers from the start, you'll reach a viewpoint offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Be sure to take a moment to appreciate the natural beauty that surrounds you before heading back the way you came.
