As you start your journey, you will come across Baita Tomaso, an ancient ruins site located 3.93 kilometers from the trailhead. Further along the trail at 4.69 kilometers, you will encounter the Vecchio Rifugio Gemelli ruins, offering a glimpse into the area's historic past.

Midway through the hike, you will reach Laghetto di Val Vegia, a picturesque lake situated 6.84 kilometers from the start. This serene spot provides a perfect opportunity to rest and take in the surrounding natural beauty.
