Spain Catalonia Lower Empordà

This easy hiking route takes you through a picturesque area with various points of interest along the way.

Starting at the Aparcament Complex Municipal d'Esports, you will find plenty of parking available. As you begin your hike, you will pass by Aparcament Esclat, another parking area, about 0.15 kilometers from the start.

As you continue on the trail, you will come across Aparcament del Daró, which is not directly on the trail but is located nearby. Further along, you will find Aparcament Institut Frederic Martí Carreras, also off the trail but in the vicinity.

Midway through your hike, approximately 2.44 kilometers from the start, you will encounter several water sources, including one at 45.34 meters, another at 35.43 meters, and a third at 61.08 meters from the trail.

Nearby, you will find Pizzeria Capri and El Passadís, two restaurants that offer a great spot to rest and refuel. Additionally, there are benches conveniently located along the trail for a quick break.

As you make your way back, be sure to stop by La Tribuna, a bar located right on the trail, for a refreshing drink.

This 4.917-kilometer out-and-back route is easy in difficulty level, perfect for hikers of all skill levels. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate footwear, and check the weather forecast before heading out. Enjoy the serene surroundings and the variety of amenities available along the way.
