Starting at the Aparcament Complex Municipal d'Esports, you will follow the trail for a distance of approximately 4.8 kilometers with no significant elevation gain. Along the way, you will pass by the Aparcament Esclat and Aparcament Institut Frederic Martí Carreras. These parking areas are located conveniently close to the trail, making it easy to access.

About halfway through the hike, at around 2.4 kilometers, you will come across several water sources including natural springs. It's a great opportunity to refill your water bottles and take in the serene surroundings.

If you're feeling hungry, there are also restaurants like Pizzeria Capri and El Passadís nearby, offering a chance to rest and refuel before continuing on your journey.

As you make your way back, you'll find benches scattered along the trail, providing a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the scenery. Additionally, La Tribuna is a bar at the beginning of the route where you can relax and unwind after your hike.
