This hiking route is set in a beautiful area with stunning views and varied terrain. The trail covers a distance of 7.696 kilometers with an elevation gain of 344 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the trail, followed shortly by a bench to rest. About 0.02 kilometers in, you will find the Berggasthaus Schönblick restaurant where you can grab a meal or refreshments.

Around 3.85 kilometers into the hike, there is a viewpoint offering breathtaking scenery, perfect for a photo stop. Further along the trail at about 0.65 kilometers in, there is another viewpoint to enjoy.

It's essential to stay hydrated while hiking, so make sure to bring water. Around the 2.03-kilometer mark, there is a drinking water station (no fee) off the trail where you can refill your water bottle.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across various information points to learn more about the area. Additionally, there are benches along the trail at 0.0 and 0.66 kilometers in for resting and taking in the surroundings.
