This hiking route is an extremely difficult 17.365-kilometer circular trail that leads to the peak of Cima di Fondo di Femmina Morta. The route offers a challenging elevation gain of 1399 meters and is estimated to take around 7 hours and 31 minutes to complete.
Starting at the trailhead, hikers will first come across a parking area. Moving along the path, approximately 2.69 kilometers into the hike, Sant'Antonino, a historic ruin, sits just a short distance from the trail. For sustenance, Locanda Camilla and Fiorildo restaurants are located 0.03 kilometers from the trail, offering a convenient stop for a meal.
As hikers continue on the trail, Fonte S. Antonino, a natural spring, can be found at the 2.69-kilometer mark, providing a refreshing spot to rest and refill water bottles. For drinking water, there are additional sources located along the trail, making hydration easily accessible.
