This hiking route takes you through the beautiful mountainous area surrounding Groppo delle Tagliole. The trail is 11.585 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 617 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

As you begin your journey, you will pass by Rifugio Barga, a cozy alpine hut where you can rest and enjoy the mountain views. Continuing on, you will come across Rifugio Giovo, another alpine hut nestled in the wilderness.

Along the way, you will also encounter Passo Boccaia, a scenic saddle offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. As you make your way towards the destination, Groppo delle Tagliole, you will pass by Monte Nuda and Colle il Boschetto, two majestic peaks that showcase the rugged beauty of the area.

For sustenance, you can stop by Il Cacciatore, a restaurant located near the trail. Make sure to stay hydrated by refilling your water bottle at the drinking water point located at 0.49 kilometers from the start.
