This hiking route will take you through the picturesque area surrounding Saukaralm. The trail is 6.435 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 577 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.
As you start your journey, you will come across Parkplatz Vorderstadtluck, where you can park your vehicle before embarking on the trail. Just a short distance away, you will find Gestreitalm/Heugathalm parking area. Midway through the hike, you will reach Saukaralm, a charming alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy a meal. The hut is located at a distance of 3.22 kilometers from the start of the trail, offering a perfect spot to rest and take in the stunning views.
