As you start your journey, you will come across Piazzale Martiri di Lama, which is a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. Further along the route, about 3 kilometers in, you will find a water source ideal for refilling your bottles.

Along the way, you will also pass by various places to grab a bite to eat or get more information about the area. These include a couple of bars, a cafe called Caffetteria Centrale, and a restaurant called La Lanterna. Additionally, there are information points scattered throughout the trail that provide insights into the surroundings, like Rio Moneglia and Ciclopista MTB - Tartufo Bike.
