This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to the beautiful Monte Prinzera area. The total distance of the trail is approximately 13 kilometers with an elevation gain of 369 meters, so be prepared for a challenging adventure.

Starting at the parking area Bardone, you will begin your journey surrounded by nature. About 140 meters from the start, you will find a drinking water station and an information point. These amenities will be useful as you continue on the trail.

As you progress, you will come across multiple drinking water stations along the way, roughly every 2 kilometers, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout your hike. Additionally, at the midway point, there is a picnic site and BBQ area where you can take a break and enjoy a meal surrounded by the tranquility of the Monte Prinzera area.

One of the highlights of this hike is reaching the peak of Monte Prinzera. After approximately 6.5 kilometers, you will arrive at this natural wonder and be rewarded with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

On the way back, about 4.79 kilometers from the start, you will find Ristorante da Lino, a wheelchair-accessible restaurant where you can refuel and relax before continuing your journey. Additionally, there are benches and more drinking water stations available nearby for your convenience.
