This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Rocher du Wachstein. The trail is 1.476 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 70 meters, making it a super easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
Along the way, you will come across several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Kiosque Jadelot shelter, where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Further along, about 0.34 kilometers from the start, you will reach the viewpoint of Schaffstein, offering stunning views of the area.
Midway through the hike, at around 0.52 kilometers from the start, you can spot the Grotte des Druides cave entrance (although it's not directly on the trail). Be sure to check it out if you're interested in exploring further.
Near the end of the trail, at 0.74 kilometers from the start, you will reach the highlight of the hike, Rocher du Wachstein. This rock formation is a popular attraction in the area and offers a great photo opportunity.
