This extremely difficult circular hiking route covers a distance of approximately 13.06 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1025 meters, taking around 5 hours and 35 minutes to complete. The trail starts at Parking du Laus and leads you through a rugged terrain with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest:
- Cabane du pêcheur, a wilderness hut located 2.1 kilometers from the start of the trail.
- Refuge du Lac d'Allos, an alpine hut situated 2.08 kilometers from the trailhead, offering accommodation for weary hikers.
