This hiking route takes you through the stunning area of Φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς (Samaria Gorge). The trail is considered difficult, with a distance of 7.093 kilometers and an elevation gain of 347 meters. It is estimated to take around 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Xyloskalo Restaurant, where you can grab a bite to eat before hitting the trail. Just a short distance away, at 0.03 kilometers from the start, you will find the National Park of Samaria, a great spot to learn more about the area.

Midway through the hike, at 3.53 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Kallergi Shelter, an alpine hut where you can rest and take in the beautiful surroundings. Further along, at 3.29 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a memorial and a wayside shrine, adding a touch of historic charm to your hike.

Throughout the route, you will also come across various viewpoints offering breathtaking vistas of the gorge.
