This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Dreizinnenhütte - Rifugio Locatelli alle Tre Cime in the picturesque area of the Dolomites. The trail spans a distance of 8.122 kilometers with an elevation gain of 150.0 meters, making it a difficult yet rewarding trek.

As you start your hike, you'll come across the Rifugio Auronzo, a charming alpine hut 0.08 kilometers from the trailhead, offering a cozy retreat in the mountains. Further along, at 1.71 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Rifugio Lavaredo, another alpine hut where you can refuel with a delicious meal.

Continuing on, you'll encounter the Passportenscharte, a scenic saddle 2.69 kilometers from the start, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Midway through the hike, at 4.06 kilometers, you'll reach the information point providing insights into the area's rich history and geology.

Near the end of the trail, at 4.06 kilometers, you'll find the Monte Paterno - Paternkofel peak for a panoramic view of the rugged landscape. Finally, at the 4.06-kilometer mark lies the Dreizinnenhütte, your ultimate destination, where you can relax and take in the beauty of the Three Peaks.
