This challenging circular hiking route will take you through the breathtaking scenery of the Footpath to the take-off site area. With a total distance of 7.265 kilometers and an elevation gain of 797 meters, this hike is not for the faint of heart.

Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across the Rifugio La Montanara alpine hut, located 1.83 kilometers from the start. This cozy hut is a perfect spot to take a break and refuel before continuing your journey.

As you make your way along the trail, you will pass by the Baita Pineta restaurant at 1.07 kilometers, offering a chance to taste some local cuisine. Further along, at 3.37 kilometers, you will reach the Palon de Tovre peak, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across several information points, viewpoints, benches, and drinking water stations to aid in your journey. Be sure to stay hydrated and take breaks as needed, as this hike can be strenuous.
