As you make your way along the trail, you will come across a natural water source about 3.66 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to refill your water bottle and take a rest before continuing on.

For those looking for a more adventurous challenge, Wildkarspitze and Breitegg Gern peaks are located further along the trail, at a distance of 3.31 and 3.87 kilometers from the start, respectively. While not directly on the trail, these peaks offer stunning views and are worth the additional effort to reach.

This out-and-back route will lead you back to your starting point at Breitegg Gern, where you can relax and reflect on the challenging hike you just completed.
