You are embarking on an extremely difficult 14-kilometer out-and-back hiking route in the Ruina Finca - Puente area. The trail includes an elevation gain of 427 meters and is estimated to take around 4 hours and 18 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to park your vehicle securely before venturing further. Approximately 5.62 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter a water source, providing a refreshing pit stop for hikers to replenish their supplies.

Continuing along the path, at around 5.58 kilometers from the start, you will be greeted by the mesmerizing Cascada waterfall, offering a picturesque backdrop for a rest break and some stunning photo opportunities. As you near the turnaround point, approximately 7 kilometers into the hike, another waterfall, located 38.45 meters from the trail, awaits for you to admire its beauty before heading back.
