This extremely difficult hiking route will take you to the stunning Ibones de Bachimala area. With a total distance of 13.34 kilometers and an elevation gain of 949 meters, this challenging hike is not for the faint of heart.
As you begin your journey, you will come across the beautiful Ibón Bajo de Bachimala, a serene water feature located 6.67 kilometers from the start of the trail. This peaceful spot provides a perfect opportunity to rest and take in the surrounding natural beauty.
As you continue on, you will pass by Cabana de Culrueba, a shelter located 2.81 kilometers from the trailhead, offering a place to take a break and refuel. Additionally, there is a parking area located at the beginning of the trail, providing convenient access for hikers.
Midway through the hike, you will encounter two peaks, both located 6.67 kilometers from the start of the trail. These breathtaking views offer a perfect vantage point to appreciate the surrounding landscape.
Towards the end of the hike, you will find a saddle located 6.67 kilometers from the start, providing a unique natural feature to explore before heading back.
It is important to note that there is a campsite and a restaurant called Camping El Forcallo located at the start of the trail, offering facilities and sustenance for hikers. Additionally, there is a spring located 1.94 kilometers from the start, providing a source of fresh water along the way.
