Welcome to the Chemin de Bayardet hiking route!

Located in a picturesque area with stunning natural beauty, this trail offers a 2.375-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 150 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you embark on this out-and-back route, you'll come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you'll find the Lamartine parking area, followed by the Religieuses parking lot and the Coupe parking lot, all offering convenient access to the trailhead.

Midway through the hike, you'll encounter the Rafle du 9 avril 1944 memorial and the peaceful Lacuzon shelter, perfect for a quick rest and some contemplation.

For those interested in history, make sure to visit the Grotte Sainte-Anne cave entrance and the various historical memorials such as the Place du 9 avril 1944 and the memorial at Belvédère de l'Ermitage.
