Starting off, you will pass by a parking area at a distance of 0.16 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. As you continue, you will come across the Chaumont information point which is located 0.16 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to learn more about the area.

Moving further along the trail, at 0.52 kilometers from the start, you will find another information point named Sur le Bugnon providing more insights about the surroundings. Additionally, at 1.66 kilometers from the start, you will reach Mont Bayard information point and Abri du Mont Bayard shelter, where you can take a break and enjoy the view from the Mont Bayard viewpoint located nearby.

On your way back, you will pass by a memorial at 0.16 kilometers from the start, as well as drinking water stations at 0.16 kilometers and 0.16 kilometers respectively. These are great spots to rest and hydrate before completing the hike.
