This extremely difficult hiking route will take you on a 12.016-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 844 meters, lasting approximately 4 hours and 53 minutes. The trail starts at a parking area with a fee at the beginning with another parking available nearby. As you make your way along the path, you will come across several points of interest.
About 1.48 kilometers into the hike, you will find a picnic site where you can take a break and refuel. Further along, at about 1.5 kilometers from the start, there is a drinking water source, so be sure to refill your water bottles here.
Midway through the hike, at 4.7 kilometers from the start, you will reach Bosslis Stein, an interesting rock formation. Continuing on, at 5.9 kilometers, you will come across Triftbrücke, a bridge that spans the Triftsee.
Along the way back, at about 6.01 kilometers from the start, there is a viewpoint offering stunning vistas of the surrounding area. Additionally, there are several water sources scattered throughout the trail to keep you hydrated.
