Continuing along the trail, you will pass by the Cabane de Chérue shelter at 2.49 kilometers, a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the surroundings. Further ahead, at 2.96 kilometers, you will come across the Petite Mare du Nord, a picturesque water feature that adds to the natural beauty of the hike.

As you trek onward, you will encounter the Mare Verte and the Petite Mare Rouge at 3.13 and 3.32 kilometers respectively, both offering serene views and a chance to refill your water supply. The route also leads you to Mare Rouge at 3.34 kilometers, another stunning water area to admire.

It's important to note that Grande Mare Ouest, located at 3.34 kilometers from the start, is slightly off the trail, so you may need to plan a detour if you wish to visit this site.
