Located in the Steinplatte area, this moderate hiking route covers a distance of approximately 6.1 kilometers with an elevation gain of 484 meters. The trail offers a variety of points of interest along the way.

At the beginning of the hike, you will find the parking area at Parkplatz Steinplatte. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across the Wayside Shrine at a distance of 0.05 kilometers from the start. Further along, at about 0.5 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a water feature.

Midway through the hike, around 2.85 kilometers from the start, you will find the Schuasta Gangl Klettersteig via ferrata and the Knieschläderer via ferrata, offering some exciting climbing opportunities for enthusiasts. Additionally, at this point, there is the Viehtränke fountain at a distance of 0.67 kilometers from the start.

Towards the end of the hike, at about 3 kilometers from the start, you can explore the peak of Steinplatte and Wintergarten climbing area, located around 3.01 kilometers from the start but slightly off the main trail.
