The hike starts at the parking area, where you'll begin your journey towards the Château de Montméjean. This historic ruins site is located approximately 1.07 kilometers from the start of the trail, allowing you to explore the remnants of the past while enjoying the natural surroundings.
As you continue along the path, you'll come across the Château de Montméjean, another historic castle that is also 1.07 kilometers from the trail's starting point. This castle adds to the historical charm of the hike, offering a glimpse into the area's rich heritage.
Around 1.51 kilometers into the hike, you'll encounter the Font de Montméjean, a natural spring where you can rest and take in the tranquil atmosphere. Please note that Font Doulse, another spring, is not directly on the trail but can be found at the same distance from the starting point.
Midway through the hike, at approximately 1.27 kilometers from the start, you'll pass by the Pigeonnier de Montméjean, a cave entrance that adds a touch of mystery to your adventure.
Further along the trail, at around 3.02 kilometers from the start, you'll reach a viewpoint that offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, providing a perfect spot to pause and appreciate the beauty of nature.
Lastly, at 1.05 kilometers from the beginning of the trail, you'll find a drinking water station to replenish your supply and stay hydrated throughout your hike.
