Welcome to the Petersberger Bittweg hike! This super easy circular route spans a distance of 0.627 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it perfect for hikers of all skill levels.

The hike begins at the designated parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before starting your adventure. As you set off on the trail, you'll come across various points of interest along the way. At around 0.11 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Petersberg peak, offering stunning views of the surrounding area.

Continuing on, at 0.21 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter a historic wayside shrine followed by another shrine at 0.29 kilometers. These cultural landmarks provide insight into the area's rich history.

Around the midway point of the hike, at 0.15 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Bergstation der Petersbergbahn, a significant memorial site worth exploring. Additionally, at 0.18 kilometers, you'll find a five-aisled medieval church complex, adding to the hike's cultural experience.
