This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Maar. The trail is a super easy out-and-back route with a total distance of 0.922 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you'll pass by landmarks such as Landhaus zur Lippe, a historic castle, and Cafe Breuer, where you can stop for a quick bite or refreshments. Further along the trail, you'll encounter Maar, a natural water feature that is a great spot to rest and enjoy the scenery.

Midway through the hike, you'll find Karawane, a restaurant where you can take a break and refuel before continuing on your journey. As you make your way back, you'll pass by Burgwüstung Steiner Häuschen, historic ruins that offer a glimpse into the area's past.
