Welcome to the Hooibaan hiking route!

Located in a scenic area, this 4.338-kilometer circular trail offers an easy hike with no elevation gain, making it perfect for hikers of all levels. Before you start your adventure, remember to bring plenty of water and check the weather forecast.

As you begin your journey, you'll come across "De Meinweg" restaurant, just 0.01 kilometers from the start. You can grab a bite to eat or some refreshments before continuing on the trail.

Further along the path, at 0.74 kilometers from the start, you'll find a water source, perfect for refilling your water bottles. There are additional water sources at 1.23 kilometers and 2.02 kilometers from the beginning of the trail.

For those driving to the trailhead, parking is available right at the start of the route, as well as at 0.0 kilometers from the start.

As you make your way through the hike, you'll encounter an information point at the beginning of the trail, providing you with interesting insights about the area.

A bench is also strategically placed at 1.18 kilometers from the start, offering a perfect resting spot to take in the surroundings.
